Wagyu Steak Frites

They were wonderful - tender and flavorful. Cooked to perfection. And the Cognac sauce was masterful. I Absolutely love that sauce. Wish I had taken a picture. We had a table of 8 and everyone really enjoyed their meal! Can't wait to return for more!
