Cacio e Pepe Gnocchi & Périgord Truffles

I recently tried the new offering of Cacio e Pepe Gnocchi & Perigold Truffles and was blown away. It is expected for anything from Cafe Pacific to be superb but this went beyond. It certainly rivaled any dish I have had at an Italian restaurant. The pasta was fluffy, the sauce was flavorful without being too heavy, and it was topped with a generous amount of truffles. I hope they keep this on the menu moving forward.

Point Judith Calamari

We have tried calamari at probably the best restaurants in so many cities I can't count. THESE ARE THE BEST WE'VE EVER HAD! Perfect light coating outside and quickly and lightly fried to perfection! We now have them every time we go to this wonderful restaurant!

Poached Lobster and Truffle Pasta

Went for a birthday dinner, and was so impressed by this dish! The meal was filling and light on the stomach, but so tasty I wanted another to go! The family agreed it was the best dish on the table. Would definitely recommend for first time impressions.

Oriental Chicken Salad

The Oriental Salad is the best salad ever!! I haven't eaten there in a few years and it still is so amazing as most everything on the menu is. Peppered steak, Sea bass... You cannot go wrong with the excellence of the food there. The staff is amazing, from the chef, waiters, hostess. All the way to the manager and owner. Some of the wait staff have been there for 30 plus years, including Peter who is an icon there. Ask for Dieter, the GM there (the absolute best) he will take care of you and all you needs for an amazing time at Cafe Pacific. Enjoy!!

Herb Crusted Chilean Sea Bass

The onion crusted sea bass is outstanding! Delicate, moist sea bass is lighted dusted with Panko and evenly broiled to perfection. It is finished with a delicate Buerre Blanc. Enjoy!

Herb Crusted Chilean Sea Bass

The fish is decadent. Every time we come I say I am trying another wonderful dish, never do. Thos dish is consistently fresh, melt in your mouth, over the top scrumptious. The seasonings are perfect, a hint which I luv. The size is also amazing. We visit your restaurant several times a year and as always, never lets us down. Walter is our "always" go to server, outstanding each time. He treats you very special and knows your needs before you request, true greatness!

Signature Prime Pepper Steak Filet

My girlfriend and I went to Cafe Pacific for our anniversary and we were highly impressed. The ambience, with its rich woods and subtle, indirect lighting, hints of a classic American steakhouse but still offering plenty of other dishes. The steak was cooked to perfection and not to mention the crab cake is to die for. Add to that a sophisticated wine list, impeccably attentive service, and the highest quality meat cooked to perfection. To sum it all up, it was one of the finest restaurants we have had the privilege of enjoying.

Herb Crusted Chilean Sea Bass

Food is fantastic & service is excellent...my go to is the Sea Bass or the Filet and their signature dessert is definitely worth trying. I've been a frequent flyer here for years and have never left unhappy.

Café Pacific Steakburger

Delicious steak burger and yummy wine!!! Everything about Cafe Pacific is just so fabulous. Love this iconic eatery in good ole Highland Park!!! Will def be back!

Braised Short Ribs

We asked our bartender/server Dalton for recommendations and he suggested the Braised Short Ribs. We usually order seafood or steak and had never tried the short ribs. Dalton was spot on!! The short ribs are FANTASTIC! Fall off the bone tender & excellent flavor. A 10 out of 10! A must try ; )
